And yes, that means shifting budgets away from DEAL to support <a href="https://fedihum.org/tags/DiamondOA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DiamondOA</span></a> instead. There's plenty of money in the system to do so.</p>
