Raphael LullisFor the <a href="https://mastodon.communick.com/tags/devops" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#devops</a> people out there: I have a docker swarm cluster with ~40 stacks running on it, and I've been using <a href="https://mastodon.communick.com/tags/traefik" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#traefik</a> all this time as proxy and ingress controller. Since upgrading to 3.4 , some services are now losing connectivity even when the dashboard doesn't say anything. Anyone noticed anything like that? I have another cluster that is on 3.3 which doesn't seem to have these problems.

NickGestern habe ich <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Mailcow" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Mailcow</a> installiert. Ich hatte den Use-Case, dass es hinter einem Traefik-Proxy laufen soll. Die einfachste Variante war beim <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Traefik" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#Traefik</a> einen Passthrough zu konfigurieren. So kann Mailcow weiterhin die Zertifikate handeln und über Traefik kann ich ganz normal TLS-Zertifikate für andere Services erstellen lassen.Der Nachteil ist natürlich, dass die meisten Middlewares nicht mehr funktioniert, weil die TLS-Verschlüsselung bis in den Mailcow-Container durchgereicht wird.

It automatically builds and deploys my Jekyll static WIP site (<a href="https://hofstede.it" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank">https://hofstede.it</a>) on every push to the main branch.The architecture is a showcase of modern Linux tools:🔹 Server running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10 (RHEL) 🔹 Forgejo for Git hosting & Actions. 🔹 A rootless Forgejo Runner, running in Podman, managed by a systemd Quadlet file. 🔹 Traefik reverse proxy running as a Podman container. 🔹 An Nginx web server for the site, also in a container for easy discovery by Traefik.The Forgejo Runner and the Nginx Webserver run in different unprivileged user contexts. The magic is the secure bridge between the rootless CI job and the web server. The pipeline creates a build artifact, and a systemd.path watcher on the host instantly triggers a deployment script. It's easier to manage than nginx, especially regarding ssl certificates. <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Portainer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Portainer</a> could also be helpfull
