ok i just finished #theGoodFight and it's one of those rare circumstances where a spinoff stands alone, it only does callbacks in the final season really as fan service. it's smart and unruly and it's a show worth checking out even if you weren't a fan of the show that preceded it.

这一刻就是「建制」最大的含义，在美国这样一个现代化国家，即便是手眼通天的总统，祂能带来的改变和能造成的破坏都是有限的，社会结构像混凝土框架一样，而作为框架组成部分的富裕阶层、权贵阶层是免于框架内部的种种崩裂和粉碎的，那些崩解和坠落发生在劳工、穷人等弱势者身上，正是因为祂们直接暴露在风雪中，被当作保护框架的外立面

真正让我哭出来的是她们接下来的对话：

终于来到了S4E01
其实唐纳德拿到230票的时候我就隐隐想到了这一集，但我强迫自己相信结果还没定
等AP宣布唐纳德胜选的时候，我第一时间就想马上找来这集看，但心情崩溃到什么都做不了
这一集，Diane进入了一个平行世界，一个希拉蕊2016胜选了的世界。她在这个世界一头雾水，新闻里全是好消息，Merrick Garland和Elizabeth Warren进入了最高院
Diane和Luca的对话说出了那段话：
「justice is an equation. Justice equals the law times the zeitgeist. The law on its own doesn't stand up. You need the mood of the times on your side.」
「正义是一个等式。正义等于律法乘以时代思潮。单有律法是站不住的。你需要时代的思潮站在你这一边。」
很遗憾的是，2024年的时代思潮仍未站在我们这一边。

S2还有另一段我印象深刻的剧情
本剧开始Diane因为遭遇庞氏诈骗失去所有储蓄、甚至连个人账户也被牵连冻结，落到要被迫卖房的程度
结果本季末尾，在世界逐渐一片癫狂、Diane感觉自己正失去理智的时刻，她的会计通知她，因为她律所分红、之前的投资回报、以及唐纳德的减税计划，她的资产已经恢复到了变故之前的水平
Diane听完之后狂笑不止，这真是极大的讽刺——她极力反对的、被民众一人一票选上来的候选人带来的政策恰恰让她得利、而让她关心的穷人阶层失利，因为她正是富裕阶层的一员
之前刷洋抖也看到过一条类似的，一位华裔男同讲述他的家族是正统的华川，他过去八年一直对家人非常慷慨，给家人买各种礼物、为全家的旅行买单等等，但自此以后「the bank is closed」，他受不了自己的家人一边心安理得地享受他的付出同时vote against his right（他和丈夫结婚多年）
而祂身为家族里实现阶级跃迁的人，选上来的候选人反正会让他更加富有

S2E10是追剧时就给我留下极大印象的一集，这次重看仍然十分喜欢。整个律所上下一心行动起来为面临驱逐出境的Jay；州法官、联邦法官、保释庭法官三位截然不同的风格，州权和联邦权的激烈对峙，ICE的虎视眈眈，以及最重要的Diane的台词「不管世界如何疯狂，我都决心要守好我身边的一方小天地，何妨从Jay开始呢」
我想这就是当下我们最需要的，要相信社群的力量，努力去reach out建立连结，在天崩地裂的大气候下和自己的伙伴们撑起一顶小小的遮蔽

现在进度到S2中期DNC决定弹劾总统，看得时候突然就感觉很滑稽——左派输的时候总会被点「太端着了」「the left is very bad at winning」；然而当左派真的撕破脸皮撸起袖子用和右派类似的手段决斗时，又会被骂「屠龙勇士终成恶龙」「这样和自己反对的东西有什么区别」

顺便，好高兴看到 #Elsbeth，感觉在一个疯癫的世界唯一能够打败无耻的就只有比世界更疯癫了
