Detta var maskiner som genererade text från annan text, nu har vi maskiner som genererar text från ingenting och ba "jag skiter i vad någon «expert» har att säga om saken, jag har gjort min egen research med ChatGPT!".</p><p>Känner att vi brukade vara mer skeptiska. Alex<p>Om vi började kalla <a href="https://mastodon.nu/tags/AI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AI</span></a> för textgeneratorer istället skulle folk kanske ha lite rimligare förväntningar på dem (en anledning till att jag föredrar termen "LLM"). Är det användbart att kunna generera stora mängder text från en prompt? Att kunna sätta upp något som liknar en webserver med autentisering och databaskoppling? Absolut. Kan det ersätta en erfaren intelligent arkitekt? Heute stand in einem heise Artikel:</p><p>*Allerdings macht ChatGPT immer noch Schlagzeilen, weil sich zu viele Fehler in die Antworten einschleichen. Die Fehlerquoten unterscheiden sich je nach Themenbereich. Selbst in den besten Disziplinen kommt ChatGPT laut Untersuchungen von OpenAI nicht über 70 bis 80 Prozent Trefferquote hinaus – bei mathematischen Aufgaben kommt die KI kaum über 50 Prozent. Daher müssen Sie grundsätzlich jede Aussage der KI prüfen. Da OpenAI im Hintergrund ständig an den Sprachmodellen feilt, veralten Testergebnisse und KI-Erfahrungen relativ schnell: Manches wird besser, anderes möglicherweise schlechter.*</p><p>Mit anderen Worten: die Hälfte aller Mathefragen werden falsch beantwortet und beim Rest sind nur grob 7 von 10 Antworten richtig.</p><p>Anders ausgedrückt: Wer immer meint, ChatGPT (o.a. sog. A lot of my use cases are about having GPT-4 suggest edits to texts I write. Adding instructions to not only suggest a change but also an argument for why that change is suggested works surprisingly well.
