VeGaNGoTH<p><strong>Discogs-Dienstag: Invisible Limits – Love Is A Kind Of Mystery</strong></p><p>Heute hat der Zufallsmodus von Discogs eine Schallplatte herausgesucht, die mir sehr am Herzen liegt. Ich war damals eine Reisenfan der Band <a href="https://invisible-limits-official.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Invisible Limits</a> und <a href="https://invisiblelimitsoriginal.bandcamp.com/track/love-is-a-kind-of-mystery" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Love Is A Kind Of Mystery</a> war immer eines meiner Lieblingslieder. Es war die Debütsingle der 1984 in Dortmund gegründeten Band und lief regelmäßig in meiner damaligen Stammdiscothek. Die Gründungsbesetzung bestand aus Thomas Lüdke (Gesang und Keyboards), Ralf Peter Schauf (Bass) und Andreas Küchenmeister (Drums). Kurz darauf kam Marion Küchenmeister (Gesang) hinzu. </p><p></p><p>Nach den Maxi-Singles Love Is A Kind Of Mystery und Devil Dance, bei beiden Titeltracks übernahm Lüdke den Gesangspart, stieg er aus und veröffentlichte zunächst unter dem Namen The Invincible Limit seinen größten Hit Push! und machte als The Invincible Spirit weiter. Invisible Limits veröffentlichten die Maxi Friends und das Album Demand For Supply. Insgesamt veröffentlichten sie bis 1993 vier Studio- und ein Live-Album, bevor es still wurde um die Band, die beim letzten Studio-Album Violence nur noch aus dem Ehepaar Küchenmeister bestand.</p><p>Zehn Jahre später erschien noch eine CD-R mit Demoversionen und 2005 „The Final Album“. Ab 2018 traten sie wieder live auf, in der Besetzung Marion Küchenmeister und Maximilian Küchenmeister (Gitarre), ihrem Sohn. Unterstützt werden die beiden vom Tontechniker und Keyboarder Javier Coloma.</p><p>Ich habe sie in dieser Formation am 15.02.2019 im Hafenklang (Hamburg) als Support von No More gesehen. Davor sah ich sie 1989 oder 1990 in Kiel und erinnere mich, dass Marion ihren kleinen Sohn vor dem Konzert auf dem Arm herumgetragen hatte. </p><p></p><p></p><p>Max Küchenmeister spielt übrigens auch Bass bei Rogers und Gitarre bei Escape With Romeo. Baltimore<p>A mí no me convence, pero eso a ustedes no les importa: nunca tuve credibilidad.</p><p>Ya de entrada los sencillos sueltos de estos años carecían de encanto, solo Qué más da se salvaba, y por contar con la Venegas y su irrepetible color de voz.</p><p>Ninguno ha entrado en un disco doble. Tampoco ninguno fue sonado. ¿Casualidad? Ya puesta se podía haber achuchado, donde comen dos... Pero no.</p><p>Jesucrista Superstar tiene dos intros, porque Simpática solo puede ser eso. Y mucha rima y referencia poppy entre la boutade y el "si cabe pongo esto mismo y a tomar por culo". En lo musical, más de lo mismo. Con altos y bajos (Pamela tiene buenas intenciones pero su gancho termina saboteando el potencial del tema; Si muriera mañana es demasiado buenista), por suerte.</p><p>Los altos (la mierda en otros perfiles, yo no soy quien para pisar el trabajo ajeno) corresponden a las pegadas italo y electro. Enamorados es número resultón en su clasicismo. Luego, Centro de gravedad se enarbola como el primer track con pegada -y casi sin pegas- gracias a bandinizar -o desquiciar- a Battiato, especialmente con el puente final, de largo lo mejor que tiene.</p><p>Le sigue la dama Luz Casal, que aparece (no acreditada como autora, que sus añadidos hizo en el tema: la modestia le gana) en otra canción destacada, en este caso porque la invitada parece la Rigo, y es perfecto así. Como lo es KAIMAN, la mejor melodía del disco, con la cadencia y la producción precisa, contenida, bien leída, bien trabajada (no como Amore, qué pena).</p><p>JAJAJA salta como el maíz al fuego, y de seguro gustará a todes como las palomitas por su inmaculada producción retozona a ráfagas. Llega donde C.X.T. quisiera.</p><p>En un largo largo, con tanta cosa desparramada, su mayor hándicap parece la falta algo. De tijera. De brújula. De síntesis.
