During a lecture last Thursday, I talked about how, and why, it’s possible now to omit the “hey” when calling Siri. Sure enough, Siri then woke up on my phone, and I told them to shut up.

Siri is dumb as a brick, granted, but I still feel kinda angry with myself for having been rude. End-time problems!

But also: virtue ethics! (Yeah, I think #SMBC has a point.)
