Чем больше микросервисов в компании, тем веселее жизнь у тех, кто отвечает за безопасность. Количество зависимостей растёт, и в какой-то момент становится нереально уследить, откуда в коде может вылезти критичная уязвимость — будь то старая библиотека или транзитивная зависимость, о которой никто даже не помнит. Решение этого — SCA (Software Composition Analysis) автоматический анализ зависимостей, который помогает вовремя вылавливать уязвимые библиотеки и понимать, что с ними делать. Меня зовут Эрик Шахов, я AppSec-инженер в Циан. В этой статье расскажу, как мы перестроили систему SCA, изменили её архитектуру и какие инструменты теперь используем для контроля зависимостей. Поделюсь реальным опытом внедрения SBOM (Software Bill of Materials) и тем, как он помогает нам держать код в порядке.

12 days until the troupe's 19th birthday so we're retrospectively counting down continuing with Year 8 when we played on the Pennsic Amphitheatre stage for the first time with a double feature of commedia dell'arte adaptations of two farces by the Roman poet Plautus: "Miles Gloriosus" and "Aulularia: the Pot of Gold"!
Roman comedies had a lot of influence on 16th Century theatre, not just our commedia from Italy but also William Shakespeare in England, notably in "A Comedy of Errors" which is currently being staged by our alma mater Case Western Reserve University (and we're going next Friday to see)!

The fact there's a "womans" and "mens" league is kind of fucked in of itself.
I've done some heavy rapier in the #SCA #societyforcreativeanachronism . You're a fencer or you're not. (As for me, I'm more a #musician and a #dancer .)
When you practice, it's anybody who fences, using appropriate safety gear. When you enter competitions, it's anybody who entered the competition, using the appropriate safety gear.
We don't care about original or chosen gender. Its all about fighting prowess.
I'm questioning why "USA Fencing" even is splitting alongside some bullshit gender lines. Get rid of that arbitrary split. Put'em all together. It's worked for the SCA for, (checks watch) 40 years.
April 3 is also Independent Artist Day to remind us to appreciate and find ways to support all the artists out there in any medium that might our world more beautiful, more amazing, and more full of wonder! And with uncertain times, we need art even more and they need our support.
