KatroTout est présenté par le filtre du patronat, les reportages sont systématiquement à charge contre les employés On ne donne la parole qu'aux patrons, qui ne se remettent pas en question et se contentent d'énumérer des clichés méprisants sur les jeunes. Et pourtant les témoignages de saisoniers sont édifiants. On donne uniquement la parole aux puissants qui critiquent les faibles.
