sergio_101<p>So, I figured out how to send notes from <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/DraftsApp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>DraftsApp</span></a> to <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/AppleNotes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AppleNotes</span></a> when needed. I tried automating this, but the <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/markdown" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>markdown</span></a> to <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/RichTextFormat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RichTextFormat</span></a> does not speak <a href="https://social.sixdegreesofohio.com/tags/Bocce" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Bocce</span></a>.</p><p>The trick is to "Preview" the draft as HTML, then select all, copy paste.</p><p>More steps than I'd like, but it works well enough.</p><p>Works for Teams and Outlook too.</p>

Jan <3<p>Does someone know a good <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/rtf" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>rtf</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/richTextFormat" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>richTextFormat</span></a> parser in <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/golang" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>golang</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/clang" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>clang</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/rust" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>rust</span></a> or any other compiled language? One, which can handle symbols like Ü correctly? <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/kotlin" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>kotlin</span></a> would be fine as well</p>
sudokill<p>In the next release of <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/Xwriter" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Xwriter</span></a> coming soon, I changed 2 rules :<br />1. HTML alias as :<br /> `Text`{serif <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/red" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>red</span></a> ...}<br />2. Paragraph indentation as :<br />|1/2/3Tabs+Text</p><p>These syntax are just better in plain-text and are closer to the syntax already used in pandoc</p><p><a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/markdown" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>markdown</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/markdock" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>markdock</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/editor" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>editor</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/richtext" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>richtext</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/RichTextFormat" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>RichTextFormat</span></a> <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/richtexteditor" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>richtexteditor</span></a></p>
FiXato (fallback)<p><span class="h-card"><a href="https://manowar.social/@zatnosk" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>zatnosk</span></a></span> <span class="h-card"><a href="https://fosstodon.org/@Gina" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>Gina</span></a></span> I was thinking the same. Even just using a simple search/replace to put a newline before each &lt; should hopefully give a more useful line number indication to see exactly which tag isn't closed properly.</p><p>I also wonder how many of the documents in the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/office" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>office</span></a> world actually need such formatting, and where something like <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/markdown" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>markdown</span></a> (perhaps run through <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/pandoc" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>pandoc</span></a> to export to <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/PDF" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PDF</span></a>) or <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/RichTextFormat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RichTextFormat</span></a> wouldn't just suffice...</p>
