My original pressing of this has been rendered unlistenable, so it was time for a listenable upgrade copy.
And I’m very pleased with how it sounds.

Now, I find the second live disc completely unnecessary, but this was the only available pressing for purchase at my local shop. I guess I don’t mind paying a tad extra for a quality pressing of the actual album.

A singular achievement of the #80s , and it’s as great sounding and as musically engaging today as it was back in 1981.

New album just came out!

Ro & The Skullboys just released "Razas de noche" (Nightbreed), a self produced 4-track 7" vinyl recorded all at once in our little rehearsal space (which we share with a bunch of bands). Due to the overall noise we had to re-record vocals but that's it. It's raw and noisy but I'm happy with the result cause its feels real.

Die neue Demented Scheibe wird heiß diskutiert. Zu viel Blues, zu viel Country sagen einige. Verständlich. Ich liebe das ja. Ich finde, es hätte sogar konsequenter sein können. Mein erster Song DAG Song, den ich gehört habe war "One Sharp Knife" jemand gab mir die "Hells Bent On Rockin" auf einem 8 mal überspielten Tape. Ich kann bis heute nicht fassen, was ich da gehört habe.
Das ist Psycho... und dieses konservative wir machen immer dasselbe ist eh sinnlos. Lieber gehasst und ehrlich als für Verrat geliebt.
