Calling all #ProjectManagers . My job in #MediaAccess for #Blind and #PartiallySighted people recently got more complex. Multiple incoming projects with limited staffing and a need to constantly (and quickly) adjust schedules and turnarounds, with multiple dependencies and ripple effects. What #ProjectManagement software would you recommend and why?

@jbzfn@mastodon.social I am a noob so I might be way off base. But I wonder if most open source projects are created and run by developers with little to no involvement by project managers.? Adding complexity to a project certainly isn't going to help. But direction advocacy public relations and other non coding team members is important in a commercial/proprietary scene.

Well, time well spent on something I wasn't aware of(it is NOT about awareness, but it is all about SCOPE), is time well spent. The important part is, to apply that learned part, immediately. :)
