Teknikal_Domain<p>Success! I got my hard case to stop bleeding on my surgical tape!</p><p>... okay let's actually explain this. That's a NANUK Nano 310 hard case, in First Aid red-with-white-cross coloring, because I'm building an EDC first aid kit. I've uh, already gotten fed up with splinters and burns on this job.</p><p>Plan is to have <em>basic</em> supplies - gloves, tape, gauze, bandages, burn gel, and maybe some sting ointment, just as a general "everyday accidents" kit, because this is something I can comfortably strap to my belt, or put in a pocket once I get back to being a cargo pants main again.</p><p>For like, $20, a polycarbonate case with rubber bumpers, a <strong>solid</strong> latch, pressure equalization, and a waterproof seal (I checked, it floats even!), is <em>not bad.</em> Even if it's a bit mid on quality, $20 is $20.</p><p><a href="https://mastodon.tekdmn.me/tags/EDC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EDC</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.tekdmn.me/tags/preparedness" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>preparedness</span></a></p>
