Hello my lovely artist peeps! 😊

I saw this elsewhere & thought it was worth repeating here:

"A plea from someone who follows many artists: If you're capable of finding beauty in larger bodies, please make that evident in your portfolio. Otherwise, how can I know whether you're willing / able to illustrate non-straight-size people or can depict fatness in a way that's not insulting / fetishizing?"

I know having a truly representative portfolio can be large & unwieldy sometimes - but it can be so worth it! You never know who is looking for what!

Pogoda znowu rajstopowa, więc wrzucam kolejne Snagi - wzór Death Cap, czyli czarne trujące grzybki na miętowym tle z blingiem. Bling jest tu uzyskany nie przez obsypanie brokacikiem, lecz dodatek metalicznej nici 😊🖤💚✨🍄
Tym razem musiałam zmienić rozmiar - z dotychczasowego E na F, ponieważ okazały się bardzo mało rozciągliwe. Uwaga więc na rajty z błyszczącą nicią - mogą mieć inne własności niż przeciętny produkt Snagowy.
Toksyczne 🍄 są idealne pod czarne szorty, ale sprawdzą się do każdego czarnego outfitu, być może do nieczarnego również. Polecam hucznie - Snag Tights po raz kolejny udowadnia, że każde ciało może mieć fun z błyszczących, kolorowych rajtek. Muszę chyba zrobić jakiś wpis na blogasku o tym pozytywnym brandzie (to nie reklama, Snagi nabywam za własne hajsy!).
Nawiasem mówiąc - niedawno europejska strona Snagów miała przez chwilę glitch polegający na tym, że nie dało się wybrać Polski przy składaniu zamówienia, na szczęście interwencja znajomej osoby (wdzięczność!) plus moja chyba zwróciły skutecznie uwagę na problem i błąd usunięto 😊 Snag dostarcza do PL.
A może ktosia ma pomysł, jaki stanik by do nich pasował? Gdzie te grzybowe wzory na bieliźnie, hm? 😊🍄

Dobre wieści dla biustów lubiących Molke model Flexi Size, a potencjalnie i dla tych, co jeszcze o swojej sympatii nie wiedzą 😁 (miękkie, bez drutu, ze stanikowym zapięciem i ściągane troczkiem na mostku). Postępują prace nad udoskonaloną wersją w, uwaga, jeszcze większej rozmiarówce, a już dotychczasowa jest pokaźna (obwody do 110, miski w średnich obwodach do ok. L brytyjskiego). About three years ago I took on the adventure "Elf Coat". It was my first Tunisian Crochet Project and what a learning it has been. The pattern and the resources available from the designer are wonderful and I learned so much from her! The following observations are related to my specific project alone.

- Don't use acrylic yarn for a garment. The static when peeling this coat off is unreal.
- Don't forget gravity: I'm plus size = more yarn = heavier garment = the whole thing stretches when worn. I wanted it to be at my knees, it grew down to my shins.
- Did I mention the static? Seriously, I think that surprised me the most.
- Tunisian Crochet is not my cup of tea. But I'm happy I tried it out.
- Making a garment as a plus size person sucks, unless the garment was specifically designed for plus size.
