Brad Linder<p><strong>Ploopy Classic 2 is an upgraded trackball mouse available as a DIY kit or fully assembled</strong></p><p>Ploopy has made a name for itself over the past few years by offering a line of customizable trackball mice with open source designs that allow you 3D print or modify your own device.</p><p>Since launching its first trackball in 2019, Ploopy has followed up with several additional designs for different trackball styles. Last year the company even introduced a TrackPad. Ploopy<p>This great <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Ploopy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Ploopy</span></a> Adept build is from r/hainguyenac on Reddit. It's a custom wireless build, with a custom printed case.</p><p>r/hainguyenac also designed and made the red macropad - it's got an aluminum case. Colin<p>The <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/raspberrypi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>raspberrypi</span></a> RP2040 is a great chip. We use it in our <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Ploopy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Ploopy</span></a> Headphones. If you've ever wondered why we use it, or how such a cheap chip can produce a 20-band EQ, here's a primer on the RP2040 and how it makes the Headphones go:</p><p><a href="https://blog.ploopy.co/rp2040-the-little-engine-that-could-96" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">blog.ploopy.co/rp2040-the-litt</span><span class="invisible">le-engine-that-could-96</span></a></p>

Just small and ideally usb powered. Don’t need anything monster sized, just enough to cross the “better than built-in monitor speakers” line.
