I've had my #Pinetime for a year or two now and I've had to replace the band, but the watch itself had been beyond durable, especially considering the price. I work as a #dieselmechanic through the day and I've beat the hell out of this thing and it just keeps on working. My #PineBuds died after just a week or two, but I have zero complaints about this particular product from #Pine64.

So it seems my #Pinebuds Pro have stopped charging. Pulled them out the other day and they were dead. Sometimes if I plug the case in it'll light up, but most times the case does nothing and the buds themselves are dead. I've only had them a few months at this point.

Didn't you mention in the past that you had some kind of issue with yours @nateb ?

Got my #Pinebuds from #Pine64 and I've got to say, I'm kind of a fan. I've never really messed with wireless ear buds before. Bluetooth headsets for phone calls yes, but not general purpose ear buds that are expected to have actually good audio. These paired totally fine with my phone and my Steam Deck and sound pretty darn good. These are also my first set of anything with active noise cancellation, and it's wild. It does affect audio quality when it's on, but it works surprisingly well. #tech

I have a confession to make: I bought myself the #PineTime smartwatch without knowing what I need it for 🫣 I simply wanted to buy the #PineBuds and saw that the PineTime is extremely cheap. And since I have never had a smart watch, I thought: why not? I'm a mindless electronic waste producer!!

Anyways, what are y'all using your smart watches for?

On a side note, I'm liking the UI so far and getting the firmware update was surprisingly fast and simple.
