So, I have complicated feelings about where I belong along #Bi(+) and/or #Pan

But today I remembered that the first actor I was really physically attracted to was the guy who portrayed Peter Pan in a school play in college

You know, the role made famous by Mary Martin

Her interpretation clearly informed his performance, and also he brought this youthful yet unmistakably masc energy to it

So I guess you could say I'm literally #pansexual

In that regard

Lol

So since I'm on the topic of sexuality...

For me, whether I'm pan or bi is independent of being demisexual. I understand why the whole "spectrum of sexuality" gets confusing because some ideas like demi and sapio are not necessarily (but can be) standalone sexualities.

Example = Me.

I'm (probably) pan, I'm attracted to ppl regardless of gender tho I have strong 'likes feminine" thirst.

Buuuuut, I'm also demi in that as much as I am silly here, I have to connect w someone pretty well to want to spicy them.

Aaaaand I'm also sapio to a lesser degree (lesser = consider my exes oof) bc I much prefer smarter ppl.

Now, imagine you're like... not versed on sexuality. I bet you'd be confused. I mean I am confused and I'm like, in my own head!

So, give ppl who are politely and honestly trying to understand some leeway yeah?

(And don't aktually me when I say I'm bi, it's just easier. And for me, pan is a subset of bi anyway.)

Life is good when you find your people.

In this comic, Luna, her partner, and a couple friends are watching a movie. One scene comes up that garners a few different reactions; some are swooning, some aren’t feeling anything at all. And that’s the beauty of being in a queer-affirming space: no one has to explain themselves, feel broken, or be told that their experience is “too much” or “not enough.” You just get to be who you are, no questions asked.

A little crush. A big “meh.” A total lack of romantic or sexual interest. It’s all welcome, and it’s perfectly valid ❤️

This one is for our ace, aro, demi, and spectrum babes out there. You belong just as much as anyone else 🏳️‍🌈
