Desert Lily ArtistryI've determined that background color really makes a difference lol 😜. The more I look at the cactus flower palette over the light blue background; the more I see tropical rather than desert lol. I don't mind though. Some of these blooms turned out beautifully 🥰. Fun Fact: these ornaments are also a prime example of why layering your paints from thickest to thinnest/most fluid for Shelee blooms matters. The pinks I used are older and thicker, and while I thinned them before painting, I only did so sparingly because I didn't want to lose pigment.
