@nilz Genau dieses Szenario hatte ich vor Augen, als ich mein #optout von der #ePA wahrnahm und meine seit 2018 bestehende #Patientenakte löschen ließ. Es lag wie die Pest in der Luft, dass die #CDU / #CSU einen Dreck auf den Willen der Patienten geben wird.
Die #SPD ist der Juniorpartner und wird dem nichts entgegensetzen als stillen Protest. Sonst stünde dieser Zwang nicht so im finalen Koalitionspapier. Es scheint so, als hat das #BrilonerBierschinkengesicht (© 2025 @ralphruthe) gewonnen.

The sneaky bastards! This is a perfect example of a dark pattern. A checkbox where you can select whether to receive spam from the online shop or not, but by leaving it uncheced you actually opt in to spam.
This is afaict not legal according to the GDPR. Wonder if @noyb.eu or @Finn Lützow-Holm Myrstad has any opinions?
