Just the simple fact that they will not allow trans athletes into the country (threatening them with "fraud", which is quite serious) is enough to officially cancel the Olympics there. The International Olympic Committee (IOC) states that "they will not discriminate against athletes based on gender identity or sex characteristics, provided they have qualified through their International Federation (IF)." IOC needs to stand by their commitments.
That's just the tip of the iceberg though, with all the discrimination against the People of Color populating an International event like the Olympics, and the United States' treatment of them domestically, as well as their stance on war and genocide against them abroad.
Because god forbid inner city #Brisbane be allowed to have a nice park, that's JUST a green space. Now private sector developers will eat the entire thing (they're being very quiet about the residential development all the plans featured previously), it'll have constant events (to make it pay its way for the developers), closures to public access because of events, constant noise.
Disaster.
It's more than time countries around the world told the Olympic Committee they will not send a athlete to the USA to compete. Same thing to FIFA. A sensible move given any one of the competitors could end up anywhere except where they were supposed to be going. It's downright too dangerous.
