#Amnesty warns of human rights abuse risks #Menschenrechte
In its annual report, published on 29 April, Amnesty International (AI) warned of the dangers posed by laws recently passed by Congress in #Peru, including the so-called APCI Law that seeks to control #NGOs, & legislation that offers impunity to those accused of crimes against humanity. Amnesty also reiterates the failure to follow though on investigations into responsibilities for the killings in southern Peru.
