Do these console warnings have anything to do with why i have to reload the entire fucking page (by going into the URL bar with ctrl+L and hitting enter) every time I navigate anywhere on their reactJS clogged artery they call a website?

The new "islands architecture" for building web pages sounds like what the web was doing for decades before Single Page Apps (SPAs) became common: server-side rendering HTML and adding JavaScript interactivity to specific areas of a page.
