Helfen würden aber 2,7 Quadratmeter pro Person." <br><br>Ich dachte erst, mehr Menschen sollen in Kleinstwohnungen, TinyHäuser oder gleich in FahrradWohnwagen ziehen :'D <br><br>Das ist aber nicht gemeint ... <br><br>Auszug aus dem Artikel: <br>"Womöglich ist der Neubau aber eh der falsche Ansatz, um die Krise am Wohnungsmarkt langfristig zu beheben. An einen viel wichtigeren Hebel traut sich Hubertz überhaupt nicht ran: nämlich an die Frage, was überhaupt eine zukunftsträchtige Wohnform ist. Schaut man sich die Marktentwicklung an, dann lautet das Motto des Wohnens der Zukunft vor allem: mehr Fläche, mehr Fläche, mehr Fläche. <br>47,7 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche pro Person ist heute der deutsche Durchschnitt, aber das war nicht immer so. Im Jahr 2000 lebte man in Deutschland durchschnittlich auf rund 40 Quadratmetern, 1990 (in Westdeutschland) sogar nur auf 35 Quadratmetern pro Person. Und so schlecht war das Leben damals auch nicht. Die Münchner Architekten Florian Fischer und Reem Almannai haben ausgerechnet, dass man im Wohnraumbestand 2,5 Millionen zusätzliche Bewohner unterbringen könnte, wenn jeder in Deutschland statt 47,7 nur 45 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche in Anspruch nehmen würde. Das sind nur 2,7 Quadratmeter weniger pro Person, aber der Effekt wäre enorm: Es gäbe keine Wohnungskrise mehr! <br>Man kann das Rechenspiel natürlich noch weitertreiben: Wenn alle ihre Wohnfläche auf den Standard, der im staatlich geförderten sozialen Wohnungsbau festgelegt ist, beschränken würden, nämlich 31,5 Quadratmeter pro Person, gäbe es – rein rechnerisch – in Deutschland sogar eine Wohnraumreserve für rund 30 Millionen Menschen. Und zwar ohne einen einzigen Neubau. Die Flächen sind also vorhanden, aber werden nicht effizient genutzt und sind noch dazu ungleich verteilt.<br>Das Rechenbeispiel von Almannai und Fischer ist keine Handlungsanleitung, es geht nicht darum, alle Wohnungen in Deutschland zu verkleinern. Aber es verdeutlicht doch zwei sehr wichtige Aspekte: Wir müssen den Bestand weiterentwickeln und gleichzeitig Wohnformen entwerfen, die mehr Lebensqualität bei gleichzeitigem Verzicht auf Fläche ermöglichen. <br>(...) <br>Wenn man ganz mutig wäre, könnte man als Bundesbauministerin sogar über neue ordnungspolitische Maßnahmen nachdenken. Beim Auto ist es normal, dass die Kraftfahrzeugsteuer in Abhängigkeit vom Hubraum steigt. Je größer, desto mehr muss man zahlen – warum sollte es so was nicht auch beim Wohnen geben? Dann könnte man die Menschen belohnen, die mit weniger Platz pro Person auskommen und deshalb weniger Ressourcen verbrauchen.
