It's my birthdayyy. All I got is posting this very, very old piece for my comic Ara & Celi, which is still one of my favorites.
Ara in her non-angel form, Miyara and Kimberly, the horse. Wait, pony. Wait, what?
I only wish I had been faster so I could have reached the chapter where I explain the pony's existence lol. (tl;dr magical horse of unknown origin, who is Eternal Ara's ride, who can transform into a small cartoony pony for easier access/general daily life/mascot reasons. Maybe one day I'll post the horse design if I can find it again...Got plenty of Kimberly pony art though!)

New anime: #MaebashiWitches was what I watched in hopes of finding a better magical girl meets singing anime than You & Idol PreCure but I can’t say I’m convinced that this is it.
There being some conflict among the characters is understandable, but throwing in 5 characters at once is a bit too much.
I guess it comes with the genre that most of the characters made me think of magical girls I already knew. The pink and purple ones are a bit too extreme in their characteristics and the other 3 didn’t make a big impression.
The songs are also not that catchy, I didn’t really feel like I want to rewind and listen to/ watch the performance again.
I don’t have the feeling that further episodes will be drastically different…
