Troubled sleep. Last Saturday, I couldn't go to sleep until after 2:00 AM. On Sunday, I tried going to bed around midnight, and tossed and turned all night. Felt like I didn't sleep, but I know from experience* that I probably did, and it just didn't feel like sleep. Spent all of Monday fatigued and having difficulty concentrating. I'm more rested today, but far from optimal. Same as last month, around the waxing gibbous and full moon. Hmm.
