@johnspithead Oooh nice, thanks for mentioning. I had to look it up. Yes, I can imagine that it would taste that way 😃

It seems it pairs well with beans - green beans, red beans, mung beans. I saw some simple recipes, but I like this one with mung beans and coconut milk 😋
