Smythe<p>My new home is in an area that is all managed by a homeowners association. I’m not here to judge the pros and cons or efficacy or anything else about this type of organization, but what I will say is that I am at the old home right now and there are probably four leaf blowers in operation at 6 o’clock in the evening. At my new home they all stop at 5 o’clock because the ground crews quit work.
