Koi carp automata step 2

Today I woke up earlier to lay the first layer of paper on the fish.

These are thin layers of newspaper glued with wheat paste.

Hopefully? It’ll be dry enough by tomorrow so I can start to refine the shape with some kind of dough (I’be not decided which dough yet).

I’m starting a project that will takes weeks.

I want to make a Koi carp automata.

Probably, making the fish is the easiest part.
