Chris Sistrunk<p>I have been collecting glass insulators for over 20 years. These were actually used around the world on telegraph, telephone, and electric power lines. The oldest I have is from the 1860s. They come in just about every color.</p><p>If you want to know more, feel free to ask, but also check out these websites¹².<br>__<br>¹<a href="https://www.insulators.info" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="">insulators.info</span><span class="invisible"></span></a><br>²<a href="https://www.nia.org" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="">nia.org</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p><p><a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/hobbies" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>hobbies</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/antiques" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>antiques</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/glass" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>glass</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/electric" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>electric</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/insulators" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>insulators</span></a></p>
@APBBlue<p>I also bought a T-shirt from the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Insulators" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Insulators</span></a> Union because I love their <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/salamander" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>salamander</span></a> logo.</p>
