By the way, I realise that cash flow can be tough when you're job huntimg, and I'm always open to working out a payment plan, to make coaching possible when you need it most.
I mean: you'll be working again, right?

Reflecting on my week:
classes, clients, self-coaching …
A quick pause for reflection:
A) what does a tree, materially, produce?
B) what's great about trees?
… Feel the difference?
Ok, now let's get back to your question about performance reviews …
Just had a deeply human, highly effective coaching call with a client.

Up next: a call about
A WoNdErFuL AI* Coaching** Innovation!!!
* so-called "AI".
** so-called "coaching".
I'm working hard to contain my disgust.
But if all the naysayers stay away, who will keep this nonsense in check?

So my week's holiday in Montpellier, France is at an end.
Tough old life - I've jumped on a train to Madrid where I have to work this week...
Attended my first class* yest., & the time I spent making materials accessible for myself was well invested - I arrived prepared, relaxed, got a lot from the call.
Thankful that the program provided materials *well in advance* .
#Neurodiversity can be invisible & we may need things you can't guess. Make room in your programs to let people advocate for themselves & make adjustments they need!

One of my intentions, in coaching, is always to teach self-coaching skills.
Today a returning client came: resources in hand, work already in progress, clear on his values & goals, & asked for my assistance. What a joy! Let's go!
Coaches need coaches because we're human & get stuck in habitual patterns & perspectives. We have blind spots, we feel when we're stuck.
He knows I'll gently hold him to his own plans, ask weird and useful questions, and call BS if I see it.
Had a great session with a client today. In the face of a truly terrible time, helping them simply stop spinning and get practical & back in motion seemed such a big win. \o/
New illustration! This fantastic #ShortStory is weird, tense, grimly hopeful, has striking visuals, and there's almost nothing i love drawing more than creepy #birbs

The companies I work with have the potential to change the world.
The people in those companies are why I get out of bed humbled and excited to get to work every day.
I’m facilitating a “bullseye client’s” executive team offsite today.
The clients I have the privilege to work with in this capacity never cease to amaze me.
Big, bold missions and visions.
Curiosity to practice treating data and information as neutral (not “good” or “bad”).
Commitment to the hard work of change.
Courage to learn and try new things.
Grateful: this week, I held a completion call with a client who's pursued much growth and learning in our time together; and welcomed back an old client, ready for more.
A. I have code to run today onsite B. My office has a heating issue, it was 90 degrees when I arrived, slowly dispelling to the low 80s with the help of a fan but C. The fan is very loud and D. The database connection is exceedingly slow this morning. Sigh.
