I tried to rationalize it by considering how brewers have to make things ahead of the season because of distribution logistics, and I even thought about how some might have bought internationally sourced ingredients ahead to avoid tariffs and had to use them sooner to prevent spoilage.
It just seems particularly early compared to other years, and I’m interested in knowing the reasons why.
I don’t know how many professional #brewers are on Mastodon that could answer that. I’ve only ever been a #homebrewer. So, I would brew things ahead to be ready for the actual appropriate seasonal timing.
