Ganz still für mich. Juhis
One of my guiding principles when building my home automation stuff is that everything should work offline.

Often however, when building things with internet enabled, it can lead to accidental dependencies.

I had an unintended stress test to my system when my ISP shut down my internet earlier this week and I was happy to notice that all my integrations and automations work just fine without internet.

https://hamatti.org/posts/network-stress-test-for-my-smart-home/

#HomeAutomation #SmartHome #Blaugust #Blaugust2025 #blogging

Andres Bahamondes :mastodon:

#HomeAutomation

Habe zwei "Sommer Duo".
