How do you handle that shit? Wait until everyone is at sleep and hope the night doesn't get too long? Randomly during the day hoping nobody will complain/notice?</p>

ScaredyCatNever worked with acrylic before, not particularly pleasant. Camera doesn't really do justice to the brightness - my <a class="hashtag" href="https://toot.net-pbx.com/tag/homeassistant" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#homeassistant</a> control has it set at 6% - light from 9 <a class="hashtag" href="https://toot.net-pbx.com/tag/ws2812" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#WS2812</a>'s powered off an <a class="hashtag" href="https://toot.net-pbx.com/tag/esp32" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#ESP32</a>-C6. Home Assistant flashes it when it changes state. I think I might 3d print a back panel and see how it some out.<br><br>Lettering engraved with a 60 degree V-bit to a depth of 1.35mm. Engraving is done backwards on the reverse side so that the front side is smooth to the touch. Going to experiment a bit more with sanding to ~220 and then engraving to see if that has a good (or bad) effect.<br><br>I bet your desks are all tidy, aren't they.
Ron Revog<p>20 Jahre alte Garagenmotortechnik in <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/Homeautomation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Homeautomation</span></a>/-Steuerung zu bringen ist kein Selbstläufer. Habe zwei "Sommer Duo". Die haben die Möglichkeit jeweils separate FB-Tasten für Auf- und Zu zu verwenden. Diesen Modus nutzen wir. Um das ganze via Relais zu schalten habe ich zwei Shelly 1 mini genommen und mit 220V der Garagensteuerung versorgt. Der potentialfreie Schließer der Shelly schließt die seltsam liegenden Kontakte in der Steuerung kurz und fällt nach 1 sec wieder ab (wie Taster).<br>Allerdings muss man das Manual ganz zu Ende lesen, um zu erfahren, dass der eine seltsam liegende Kontakt, je nach Dipschalterstellung, ggf. eine Lichtschrankefunktion darstellt. Ist der Schalter offen wie bei Shelly im Ruhezustand reagiert die Steuerung gar nicht. (One for a fountain tank and one for my well water holding tank), but amazingly didn't have any more HY2.0-4Pin connectors to connect it to a atom s3-lite. Ordered some more.</p><p>Project B: mounting my weather station. It said it took a 1" pole, so I stupidly thought some 1" PVC would work for now. Nope, thats _inner_ diameter on pvc. ;(</p>
