Many #AI users never grasp the hallucinations and failures in the output, because they a) don't have deep knowledge of the field they are asking AI about or b) see their field as an outlier, where AI makes mistakes, but somehow don't connect this with the possibility that AI will make fundamental mistakes in every field.
