It was about fluoridation, and Dr. James Dickinson was quoted. I helped him and a whole host of Calgarians in 2021 to bring back water fluoridation to my home town. It's good to see its return this year... but I'm scared for the health of those Americans ending their decades of positive, sensible public health policy.
There's going to be a lot of harm done.

Most Americans drink fluoridated water, including about ½ of #Utah residents. The process of adjusting #fluoride quantities to recommended levels—known as community water fluoridation—reduces #OralHealth disparities, acc/to the #CDC. The fact that this was even considered shows how incompetent our legislature is. It was a waste of time, most importantly the taxpayers' time.
But maybe them wasting time means other terrible things were delayed.
