There’s really no way that I could describe the energy of this fish market in Busan and do it justice. It was an energy that I wasn’t able to experience anywhere else in South Korea. It was the only place where nothing was lost in translation.
Regardless of the language barrier between me and the locals, I understood everything happening around me—from the casual conversations that I overheard, to the bartering and eventual transaction between fishmonger and customer. There was no language needed to come to an understanding and I cherished every moment of it.

Today, at #Fantasporto, I've seen a lot of inspiring, disturbing, shocking, and frightening #shortmovies. The one entry that certainly got most of the laughs was the supernatural dark #comedy called #Fishmonger by director #NeilFerron.

My favorite part about going to the #fishmonger is that I get to say, “I’m going to the fishmonger.”

I’m starting a new job in two days training to be a #Bicycle mechanic.
At the age of 51 I’m still unsure what I want to do when I grow up.
