Brad Linder<p><strong>MeLE QuieterDL is a fanless mini PC with Intel N100 and two 2.5 GbE LAN ports</strong></p><p>The <strong>MeLE QuieterDL </strong>is a small computer that’s just a little larger than two big smartphone stacked atop one another. But it’s a full-fledged computer with an Intel N100 quad-core processor, Windows 11 Home pre-installed, and support for up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.</p><p>It’s similar in a lot of ways to the <strong>MeLE Quieter4C</strong> that first <a href="https://liliputing.com/mele-quieter4c-is-a-pocket-sized-fanless-pc-with-intel-n100/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">hit the streets about a year ago</a>, but the new QuieterDL stands out for two reasons. First, it’s a little larger. And second, it has a different set of ports that includes two 2.5 GbE Ethernet ports rather than a single Gigabit Ethernet port.</p><p></p><p>The <a href="https://amzn.to/3VpPKU7" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">MeLE QuieterDL is available from Amazon</a> with prices starting at $220 for a model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. There’s also a 16GB/512GB model for $250, and the product page shows a cheaper 4GB/128GB version that will sell for $160, but the entry-level configuration is not in stock yet.</p><strong>MeLE QuieterDL</strong><strong>MeLE Quieter 4C</strong><strong>Processor</strong>Intel N100<br>4 x CPU cores @ up to 3.4 GHz<br>Intel UHD GPU (24 eu @ up to 750 MHz)<br>6W TDP<strong>RAM</strong>Up to 16GB<br>LPDDR4<strong>Storage</strong><strong>M.2 2280 (PCIe 3.0)</strong><br>Sold with up to 512GB<br>Supports up to 4TB<br><strong>microSD card reader</strong><br>Supports cards up to 2TB<strong>Ports</strong>1 x USB Type-C (full function)<br>1 x 3.5mm audio<br>1 x HDMI<br>1 x DisplayPort<br>1 x USB Type-C (for power)<br>2 x 2.5 GbE Ethernet<br>3 x USB 3.0 Type-A<br>1 x USB 2.0 Type-A1 x USB Type-C (full function)<br>1 x 3.5mm audio<br>2 x HDMI 2.0<br>1 x USB Type-C (for power)<br>1 x Gigabit Ethernet<br>2 x USB 3.2 Type-A<br>1 x USB 2.0 Type-A<strong>Wireless</strong>WiFi 5<br>Bluetooth 5.1<strong>Dimensions</strong>6.61″ x 3.74″ x 0.91″5.2″ x 3.2″ x 0.7″<strong>Price (as of Dec 9, 2024)</strong><a href="https://amzn.to/3OMn0kT" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">$159 and up (Amazon)</a><a href="https://amzn.to/3VuJQ4o" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">$159 and up (Amazon)</a><p>When <a href="https://liliputing.com/mele-quieter-4c-review/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Ian reviewed the MeLE Quieter 4C earlier this year</a>, he found it to be a versatile little computer that runs silently, although he noted that MeLE made some performance sacrifices to keep the computer running reliably without a fan for active cooling.</p><p>Perhaps the slightly larger body of the new model will help on that front, but it seems likely that the main draw for the QuieterDL are its dual 2.5 GbE LAN ports, which could make the computer a small, silent device for networking applications.</p><p><em>via <a href="https://www.fanlesstech.com/2024/12/mele-quieterdl-launched.html" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">FanlessTech</a></em></p><p><a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/fanless/" target="_blank">#fanless</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/mele/" target="_blank">#mele</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/mele-quieter/" target="_blank">#meleQuieter</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/mele-quieterdl/" target="_blank">#meleQuieterdl</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://liliputing.com/tag/mini-pc/" target="_blank">#miniPc</a></p>
