josmit<a class="hashtag" href="https://fd8oz4oesnvit.hopto.org/tag/evergrande" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Evergrande</a>, el caballo de batalla para hablar de Burbuja Inmobiliaria <br><br>Cada 6 meses aparece alguna razon por la cual la economia china deberia desmoronarse... desde que recuerdo siempre vienen apareciendo cada tanto algun argumento para hablar de esto.<br><br>Uno de los primeros que recuerdo era algo asi como que la disparidad entre el nivel de ingresos entre las diferentes regiones dentro de <a class="hashtag" href="https://fd8oz4oesnvit.hopto.org/tag/china" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#China</a> llevaria al pais a un colapso total (de esto ya han pasado mas de 15 años).<br><br>Los ingredientes eran que en las zonas mas industrializadas (especialmente hacia oriente, hacia la costa sur-oriente), el crecimiento explosivo de los salarios, hacia insostenible un crecimiento economico de largo alcance para el pais. No habia dia en que los medios en occidente no estuvieran anunciando el inminente colapso.<br><br>Y los salarios no han dejado de crecer desde entonces en el pais asiatico... hoy los chinos gozan de ¿cuanto? 3, 4, 5 veces mas salarios que hace 2 decadas atras y el oeste, aunque con un nivel algo mas bajo que el este, tampoco ha dejado de crecer.<br><br>Despues le llego el turno al encarecimiento de la mano de obra para occidente, la necesidad de la diversificacion de las inversiones, la corrupcion en el gigante asiatico, la falta de alternativas politicas, el conflicto con <a class="hashtag" href="https://fd8oz4oesnvit.hopto.org/tag/usa" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#USA</a>, el robo y copia de propiedad intelectual, etc.<br><br>Hasta llegar a la actualidad en donde dos o tres grandes nubarrones parecen estarse expandiendo sobre China para hacerla caer.<br><br>Una de ellas vuelve a ser la burbuja inmobiliaria representada en la caida de Evergrande, una de los elefantes del sector, que por malas decisiones se termino por derrumbar. Las alarmas en occidente se activaron nuevamente y comenzo una vez mas el desfile de titulares catastrofistas. Si comparamos las velocidades en el desarrollo de las burbujas inmobiliarias en p.e. España o Los Esclavos Unidos, pareciera que en China todo fuera mas lento... ya que desde el anuncio del reventon hasta hoy, ya han pasado casi 5 años y todavia vemos que la actividad inmobiliaria no se ve peor que en occidente, con sus variaciones de estacion a estacion, pero en general, nada terminal y las construcciones y proyectos en el sector siguen viento en popa, eso si, con varios cambios en las politicas para reducir en algo las diferencias en los precios, pero eso ya es un tema de por si para todos los paises.<br><br>La nueva moda de los medios en occidente es hablar ahora de la sobreproduccion que tiene el gigante asiatico y que en cualquier momento le puede explotar en la cabeza... esto en especial referencia a la industria de los autos de nuevas energias, a razon de que la invasion tan esperada y que ya comienza a tener visos de neurosis sobre una supuesta avalancha de vehiculos "hechos y desarrollados en China" estan a la entrada de los puertos europeos, pues supestamente el mercado local en China ya habria colapsado.<br><br>Lo curioso es que las cifras parecen no estar apoyando estos titulares. Europa es la region con menos entrada de marcas chinas y en la actualidad el numero de importaciones es por mucho muy inferior a otros continentes. Un ejemplo de ello es Alamania, en donde los titulares hablan casi a diario de la llegada en masa de autos chinos, pero segun los puertos informan, la entrada de esos autos no han superado los 50.000 al año en la ultima media decada. ¿Sera el 2025 el año del desembarque? Yo creo que no, porque Europa ya decidio seguir la politcia que le dicto <a class="hashtag" href="https://fd8oz4oesnvit.hopto.org/tag/eeuu" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#EEUU</a>. <br><br>"Pero es que China no termina de despegar y esto hace dudar de su recuperacion, y mas bien nos hace creer mas en su caida..." con un notable crecimiento del 5%, mientras que las grandes economias sufren lagrimas conseguir rozar el 2%. Para un pais al que se le esta haciendo una guerra economica desde todos los paises fuertes y se le estan cerrando las puertas, en varios frentes, yo diria que es mas que notable que pueda mantener un crecimiento mas que el doble del de sus "enemigos-socios-amigos" y que muchas de sus empresas puedan seguir desarrollando sus actividades con meridiana normalidad.<br><br>La supuesta sobreproduccion que nos presenta la prensa occidental, parece ser mas un sintoma de la perdida de competitividad de las empresas aqui.
