And those drives are still in the computer—I just added new HDDs.</p><p>I have no complaints about HAMMER2 — it's fast, reliable, doesn't require as much memory as zfs, doesn't take half a day to warm up its cache after being turned on in the morning, and deduplication doesn't require a huge amount of memory either.</p>
