Rick Wong – Tech & code <p>I remember a time when parts of the <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/php" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>php</span></a> community wanted <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/docblock" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>docblock</span></a> annotations to be the official syntax for decorators. Didn’t feel right, really glad that this never happened; <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/PHP8" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>PHP8</span></a> introduced #[Attributes] the right way!</p>
