Two doors away the Music Lover, whose 2nd floor window aims at us, was listening to trance rap music. It sounded so angry. I don't get it, I suppose it's the era, but I don't like distopian movies and TV either, so I don't get it.
He is be very intentional in what he listens to, he seems to be really listening, occasionally repeating a cut. But I'm not hearing the Sinatra nor disco nor occasional showtunes that he liked a couple years ago.

They are barely a year old and are creating new things via crowdfunding.
When I was a child, I was sure that a Star Trek (TNG) future was what awaited humanity. Now I believe a combination of Warhammer 40k and handmaid's tale is far more likely.
A few months ago a friend of mine encouraged me to try an #audiobook ... #ReadyPlayerOne , and since then I've been hooked.
I am not a book reader, as I find the practice uncomfortable and am unable to maintain concentratation. With the audio format, I've devoured several books and have especially enjoyed ones with a #distopian or a #scifi twist.
Said friend also has a great taste and feeds me awesome recommendations!
