I'm so confused... having that piece on heavy repeat rotation since hours and can't stop grinning. It's that special World Domination grin you get when you know, this is a good thing you did. And I did!

The Berlin #FediStammtisch is happening Today (Monday, May, 5th), where everyone who wants to know about the Fediverse - technically as well as philosophically as well as in it's practical social and political implications - may meet a bunch of experts and discuss all this.

visited c-base for the first time today for swapfest. it felt relaxed, and i hope there will be another edition soon because i could see myself selling/swapping unused electronics and hardware there, too. also, two people behind the bar went out of their way to prepare a fancy pot of tea for me

2. Berliner Fediverse Tag
c-base, Samstag, 4. Oktober um 00:00 MESZ
Der 2. Berliner Fediverse Tag findet am 4.10.2025 auf der Berliner c-base statt. Er ist eine Konferenz zum Fediverse mit Workshops und Vorträgen für Interessierte, Neulinge und alte Hasen.
Wenn ihr in den Sozialen Netzwerken über den Berliner Fediverse Tag schreiben wollt, verwendet gerne den Tag #BerlinFediDay in euren Beiträgen.
Vernetzung
Neben der Veranstaltung haben wir einen offenen E-Mail Verteiler für weitere Vernetzung über den Fediday hinausgehend eingerichtet. Auf dem Verteiler wird Deutsch und Englisch gesprochen.
Als Ressource für die Konferenz ist eine kollektiv betriebene Zotero-Bibliothek mit Forschungsliteratur zum Fediverse entstanden.

Die Einheit "c-querel" (benannt nach Antoine Henri de ce-querelle) misst creactivita:t in Einfälllen pro Sekunde: 1cq = 1 Einfall / s.
Bei kreativ veranlagten Personen wurden schon Werte um die 1 mcq (Milli-c-querel) gemessen, das sind dann 3,6 Einfälle pro Stunde.
Höhere c-querel-Werte sind dann meist auf die Nähe von crypton zurückzuführen.

Ich möchte den RAM(Arbeitsspeicher) von meinem ThinkPad X201 aufrüsten.
Das X201 habe ich 2016 Refurbished geschenkt bekommen.
Ich habe mal die Ramabdeckung abgeschraubt und mir den verbauten RAM angeschaut.
Aktuell sind 2 unterschiedliche 2 mal 2GB Riegel verbaut.
Im #Matrix Raum der c-base erhielt ich den Tipp, dass ich zweimal mindestens 4-GB DDR3-1333 SDRAM SO-DIMM (PC3-10600) oder schneller benötige.

Jeden ersten Monat öffnet das gecrashte Raumschiff in Berlin seine hyperhydraulischen Hyperluken für den Fedistammtisch Berlin.
Im Grunde ist es falsch, das hier zu annoncieren, denn Ihr seid ja alle schon mittendrin im Fediverse und wisst Bescheid. Besser sollte ich das auf Insta oder gar X sagen, aber da bin ich nicht und da werde ich niemals sein. Insofern schwer, aus der Blase auszubrechen... aber ich sags dennoch:
Nicht nur wenn Ihr neu seid und von netten Nerds nett Dinge rund ums Fediverse wissen wollt, sondern auch, wenn Ihr schon viel weiter seid und vielleicht gerade etwas auf Basis von Activity Pub entwickelt (räusper Revengeday [← #insiderHinweis]) und das vielleicht testen wollt oder Austausch dazu wollt, oder aber Rat bei Moderationsproblemen braucht, oder auch philosophische Fragen rund um dezentrale Netze diskutieren wollt oder und einfach erklären wollt, wie viel besser Nostr ist ;) oder oder. If it's Fediverse it's it:
Jeden ersten Monatsmontag (also heute) ab ca. 19 Uhr auf der c-base in #Berlin.
Keine Agenda außer: Fediverse.
Und ich bring Schokoküsse mit. Ja ja, Bestechung – dafür bin ich verantwortlich.

Heute Abend so ab 19 Uhr gibt es wieder den Fediverse Stammtisch in irgendsoeinem abgebrannten Raumschiff in der Mitte Berlins an der Spree.
Weiß auch nich...
Aber ich nehme auf jeden Fall das hier (siehe Bild) mit. Und wer zuletzt kommt... nee ich will jetzt hier keine großen Zitate bringen... hat einfach mal Pech gehabt. ;-)
