2/2…what the debunkers couldn’t foresee was that future practical #QuantumComputation technology would require macro scaling and amplification of quantum features to be of any use at all.
Now to be clear we still are lacking observations of “really big” macroscopic quantum states out there “au naturale” . #BlackHoles are likely really big quantum objects but try getting close enough to dust for prints. There are other candidates also. We get closer every day. It will still all be very weird

The image shows the numerical simulation results of a binary black hole merger consistent with the gravitational-wave event GW231123.

GW231123 was recently announced as the merger of the most massive black holes ever observed with gravitational waves. Models that account for the complex dynamics of highly spinning black holes, which were developed at the @mpi_grav, were used to analyze the signal and extract astrophysical information from it.

The image is by I. Markin (@unipotsdam), H. Pfeiffer (@mpi_grav), T. Dietrich (@unipotsdam and @mpi_grav)

Astronomers have observed the largest black hole merger ever, with two massive black holes, each over 100 times the sun’s mass, colliding and sending ripples through space-time. Detected by LIGO, this event challenges our understanding of black hole formation.

Just a few years after its 1990 launch, Hubble discovered that galaxies throughout the universe can contain supermassive black holes at their centers weighing millions or billions of times the mass of our sun. In addition, #galaxies also contain as many as millions of small #blackholes weighing less than 100 times the mass of the sun... Phys.org #astronomy #space

Black Holes : Types and Origin

Black holes have always been one of the most talked about celestial object in space. Black holes are typically formed from the remnants of massive stars. When a star that is at least three times the mass of our Sun exhausts its nuclear fuel, it undergoes a gravitational collapse. The core of the star collapses to a singularity (a point of infinite density), and its outer layers may be blown away in a supernova explosion.
