All these bearings no longer do what they are supposed to do. Roll well. What am I supposed to do with these now? They dont look serviceable?

Replaced the synthetic ruby bearings on my Elecom HUGE with Zirconium ones. Works exceptionally well. One day later, the back button randomly stops working. FML.

The actual 3-phase motor is #simple - that's one of the reasons they're used in industry, simple means less to go #wrong. And it appears to be well-made, so there are #quality #bearings and #windings and everything in it. But the motor itself isn't expensive. Rheem probably doesn't pay more than USD 100 for that part of it, and maybe less.
But the bolted-on #control #module #electronics, which make it so you can't easily replace the motor with another unit, are #terrible.

Took the '93 Celica in for some bearings..... Yep, those are some of the worst wheel bearings i've ever seen, and we were driving this for MONTHS with the noise it was creating, because we're poor.
Our other car, a 2010 Mazda6, also had the same issue.
Both cars had done 360,000KM.

Original 1960s era wooden #skateboard The #trucks and the #board are original but the #bushings, #wheels, #bearings and bolts are new.
The board was sanded and stained. The trucks were taken apart and polished We also added grip tape and bolts (instead of screws) for added stability.
The wheels are hella close to the kingpin but the are not touching so there seems to be no risk of friction or wheel bite.
We used #OJ Mini Super Juice wheels (55mm 78a) and #Bones Big Balls Reds bearings.
Finally got the good stuff for cleaning my #skateboard #bearings! Sadly, I have to order it in large quantities from Amazon but such is life during COVID.
