@ButtersDaBear I've always loved the genre, but especially here lately trance is finally finding a new footing and mixing some of the magic from the golden era with fresh new beats and modern techniques. Like the lovely progressive tune "Mantra" by Alex Sonata & TheRio. It hearkens back to some classic #Anjunabeats/Above&Beyond goosebumps vibes - but wrapped in a modern progressive powerhouse tune. Then on the higher-BPM side of the genre, you've got songs like Will Atkinson's remix of "Satellites" by Somna & Sarah de Warren that despite the high energy 144bpm techno/hardcore-influenced tempo, still manages to also squeeze in some very classic trance instruments and a gorgeous, dreamlike breakdown with it's own goosebumps-inducing vibe. I really hope this is only the beginning of a second golden era 
Anjunabeats Volume 16 also introduced me to JODA, which quickly became my favorite band / album over the past year...
