I was looking for something to celebrate the Spring Equinox and for whatever reason I kept coming back to this.

The monster, seems like it somehow emphasizes everything sympathetic about the monster for him to want to be pretty? Assuming he chose the look.

I think totems are really cool, I think this artist does, also.

I think if I had time and I didn't have to worry about all the things I worry about I might try to make tree-sized art that speaks to my relationships with the people and the world around me.

I like the blend of color in this and I like that there seem to be living animals among the carved animals, among colors that might represent light and life on earth.
