No Amazon involved.The Kobo Libra is an extremely nice <a href="https://gts.amd.im/tags/ereader" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#eReader</a> with great integration with Overdrive/Libby to get library books, but if you’re looking to get something on the cheap and save some ewaste, I can recommend jailbreaking a kindle

wgravPSA:I jailbreaked my Kindle Scribe yesterday. Turns out there's a vulnerability in all kindle firmware versions across devices, (not including the color e-ink Kindles, but that won't be for long) there isn't a patch released yet, so we have a new jailbreak, called WinterBreak, released this new year's day. Works great!
