Don Trueten :antifa:<p>Kahlschlag an der Sternbrücke sofort stoppen! </p><p>Verkehrssenator Anjes Tjarks und Bezirksamtsleiterin Stefanie von Berg tragen volle politische Verantwortung für übereilten Kahlschlag durch die Deutsche Bahn</p><p>Die Deutsche Bahn hat heute im Hauruck-Verfahren auf der <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Brammerfl%C3%A4che" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Brammerfläche</span></a> und in Hinterhöfen in der Stresemannstraße die ersten 20 Bäume gefällt und damit ohne Not vollendete Tatsachen geschaffen. Ohne offizielle Baugenehmigung für die Brücke 40 teilweise geschützte Bäume zu fällen und fünf teilweise denkmalgeschützte Gebäude abzureißen, schafft vollendete Tatsachen und macht jeden später erreichten <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Baustopp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Baustopp</span></a> zur Farce.“</p><p>Auf einmal soll an der Sternbrücke alles schnell gehen: am Mittwoch letzter Woche teilte die Bahn per Postkarte und online mit, ab 5.2. mit dem Fällen von 40 Bäumen und dem Abriss von fünf Gebäuden zu beginnen. Da der <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Planfeststellungsbeschluss" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Planfeststellungsbeschluss</span></a> noch aussteht, geschieht dies laut Bahn anscheinend mit <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Sondergenehmigungen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Sondergenehmigungen</span></a> des Grün regierten Bezirks Altona und der <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Umweltbeh%C3%B6rde" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Umweltbehörde</span></a>. Entsprechende Anfragen an Bau- und <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Naturschutzamt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Naturschutzamt</span></a> des Bezirks sind bislang unbeantwortet. Für den Abriss der denkmalgeschützten Gebäude ist eine eigenständige Genehmigung erforderlich. Hier läuft eine formale Anfrage ans <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Denkmalschutzamt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Denkmalschutzamt</span></a> über die Anwälte der Initiative.</p><p>Der gigantische Neubau der Sternbrücke ist in der Hamburger Öffentlichkeit und <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Fach%C3%B6ffentlichkeit" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Fachöffentlichkeit</span></a> hoch umstritten, weil er massiv in den <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Stadtteil" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Stadtteil</span></a> eingreift. Insgesamt 90 <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/B%C3%A4ume" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Bäume</span></a> sollen gefällt, 7 Gebäude abgerissen, und die denkmalgeschützte Sternbrücke soll durch eine 4x so hohe <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Monsterbr%C3%BCcke" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Monsterbrücke</span></a> ersetzt werden. Die zerstörerischen Ausmaße der neuen Brücke gehen vor allem auf die Anforderungen der <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Verkehrsbeh%C3%B6rde" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Verkehrsbehörde</span></a> zurück, die seit 2016 von der Bahn eine stützenfreie Aufweitung der Stresemannstraße für den <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Autoverkehr" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Autoverkehr</span></a> verlangt. Auch 7 Jahre später liegt keine <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Verkehrsplanung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Verkehrsplanung</span></a> vor, die die Aufweitung begründen könnte. Dabei sind angemessene Alternativen ohne weiteres möglich und der Öffentlichkeit bekannt.</p><p>Die Bahn selbst geht davon aus, die bestehende Sternbrücke bis maximal 2035 nutzen zu können. Es bleibt also genügend Zeit, den Vorschlägen des <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Br%C3%BCckenexperten" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Brückenexperten</span></a> Dr. Werner Lorenz im Verkehrsausschuss der <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/B%C3%BCrgerschaft" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Bürgerschaft</span></a> zu folgen, und die Planung über einen <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Wettbewerb" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Wettbewerb</span></a> neu aufzusetzen - mit zwei Varianten für eine Sanierung und zwei Varianten für einen Neubau.</p><p>Hamburgs Bürger:innen haben ein Recht darauf, die umstrittene Planung vor Gericht prüfen zu lassen und auf eine <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Neuplanung" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Neuplanung</span></a> hinzuwirken. Eine entsprechende Klage ist allerdings erst möglich, wenn der Planfeststellungsbeschluss vorliegt. Die Initiative Sternbrücke geht davon aus, dass eine <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Verbandsklage" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Verbandsklage</span></a> gegen den Planfeststellungsbeschluss gute Aussichten auf Erfolg hat. Das alles auf Grundlage der Wünsch-Dir-Was-Forderung der <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Verkehrsbeh%C3%B6rde" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Verkehrsbehörde</span></a> nach Platz für <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Mobilit%C3%A4t" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Mobilität</span></a> auf der der Stresemannstraße - ohne jedes <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Verkehrskonzept" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Verkehrskonzept</span></a>.<br> <br> <br>Aktueller Stand Planfeststellungsverfahren<br>Im laufenden <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Planfeststellungsverfahren" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Planfeststellungsverfahren</span></a> liegen Stadt und Bahn inzwischen fast 400 Einwendungen von betroffenen Menschen, Verbänden und Behörden vor. Sie werden derzeit hinter verschlossenen Türen gebündelt, bearbeitet und vermutlich noch in diesem Jahr dem <a href="https://mastodon.trueten.de/tags/Eisenbahnbundesamt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Eisenbahnbundesamt</span></a> vorgelegt.
