Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, in den letzten 3 Jahren regelmäßig von dieser <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/anforderung" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Anforderung</a> oder <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/erwartung" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Erwartung</a> gelesen zu haben. Es wurde nicht einmal unbedingt erwähnt in welchem Maße <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/sprachkenntnisse" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Sprachkenntnisse</a> überhaupt relevant sind. Das ist zwar je nach <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/tätigkeit" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Tätigkeit</a> und <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/job" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Job</a> unterschiedlich wichtig, aber ich werde das <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/gefühl" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Gefühl</a> nicht los, dass das auch ein Phänomen in Verbindung mit dem <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/rechtsruck" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Rechtsruck</a> ist, womit unterschwellig und vielleicht nicht einmal bewusst vermittelt wird wer im künftigen <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/kollegium" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Kollegium</a> erwünscht ist und/oder wie sehr die <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/kultur" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Kultur</a> und <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/struktur" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Struktur</a> an diesem <a class="hashtag" href="https://kowelenz.social/tag/arbeitsplatz" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Arbeitsplatz</a> es erlaubt, dass sich alle(!) Beteiligten aufeinader zu bewegen wollen beziehungsweise können.
