The attackers use GitHub APIs and steganographic techniques to avoid detection. The operation's focus on ocean-related research suggests a nation's determination to dominate the Indian Ocean region. Additionally, a related campaign, UTG-Q-011, targets areas such as laser science and aerospace.

#Ventoy is a tool that allows you to #boot an #iso file directly from a #USB drive. Many people recommend it online, but most people are unaware that Ventoy modifies the installation ISO and injects #binary_blobs.
There is probably no acceptable reason to use it. I recommend that you consider all installations made with Ventoy as #tampered_with and #untrusted.

@Ruth_Mottram #vivaldi seems pretty tight, if I can break something I will. As for #linux & #quant I'm still waiting on the #USB boot . They sent me 5 install disks, how very quaint and totally useless as I've no readers/burners on any of my kit. Their download / install from the #web don't work either. Go figure! Tempted to write my own but haven't ten years to waste. Now 70+ was writing code in the early 70's, lol.
In limbo a bit with my Linux plans. Turns out I've cough misplaced all of my useful USB drives. #SomewhereSafe. The only one I can find is 2Gb and I need 8Gb for CachyOS's Live USB. I've got a new one coming today with the new backup SSD. Sadly, it's not shaped like a penguin. I did look.
Funnily enough, the 2Gb USB has a Live Install of Antergos Linux on it. That was my previous (failed) attempt to move to Linux back in...I want to say 2016-18-ish? But in that case the team making Antergos broke up and the project died, which was an awful loss because it was one of the most advanced and user-friendly distros of the era. I used the abandoned corpse for a while longer but when that broke my heart broke with it and I slunk dejectedly back to Windows. A community-run project arose from the ashes and became EndeavourOS, which you may have heard of. When choosing Garuda I did look at Endeavour but they take a minimalist, bare-bones approach (though still more than Arch itself) whereas Garuda had muscles, skin, hair, tattoos...

The threat actor used a vulnerable Zemana driver to disable security products, utilized the Prince Ransomware builder for file encryption, and leveraged SharpGPOAbuse for lateral movement. The incident demonstrates the increasing accessibility of cyber attack tools, enabling even less skilled actors to launch sophisticated attacks. This trend poses significant challenges for attribution and defense against ransomware threats.

Якщо у вас #ноутбук #hp і в якийсь момент раптово відмовився працювати один чи два #usb порти, то не спішіть нести його на діагностику в магазин, бо можливо ви зможете це виправити в домашніх умовах.
Я сам був в шоці що це дійсно спрацювало. Виявляється що в них є #softlock (тобто програмне обмеження/вимкнення) для портів на випадок стрибку енергії. Протестовано на лінійці #elitebook на двох різних ноутбуках у власному використанні.
Для цього треба:
0) Щоб в ноутбук був заряджений
1) Вимкнути ноутбук (так почекайте поки перестануть крутитись вентилятори і вимкнеться вся індикація, бо вимкнений монітор ще нічого не означає)
2) Відʼєднати від ноутбука абсолютно всі дроти в тому числі живлення
3) Затиснути на 30 секунд кнопку ввімкнення (не реагуйте на індикацію клавіатури і витримайте цей час)
4) Після цього запуститься режим самодіагностики, він займе кілька хвилин
5) Ввімкніть ноутбук і перевірте роботу порта(ів), все має працювати

Не помню писал сюда или нет.
Но дело в том, что если я начинаю раздавать интернет через точку доступа, то при включении приложения использующего VPN Service Android. Тогда пропадает подключение к сети Интернет. Хотя если подключиться к USB модему, всё работает нормально, даже с подключением к VPN.
