#Ego & #Emotions: Emotions are most often tied to the ego, which #ZenBuddhism views as an #illusion that hinders #trueunderstanding & #enlightenment. Getting lost in emotions reinforces the ego, making it harder to #transcend it & realise one's #truenature.
